1. What does BOERDE manufacture?
BOERDE is a China-based manufacturer of marine accessories, RV accessories, specialty vehicle parts, and table systems. Our main products include marine assist handles, drink holders, underwater ladders, fish rod holders, marine hardware, marine lighting, RV assist handles, cup holders, RV phone charging solutions, RV seat base sets, RV steps, RV lighting, recoil starters, table legs, table tops, and foldable tables.
2. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our own production lines and design team, not a trading company. Wenling Boerde Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, following the founding of Wenling Pipe Components Factory in 2006. We have joint ventures and long-term production partnerships, including Taizhou Jinyi Machinery Co., Ltd., which gives us integrated capabilities in both metal and plastic product manufacturing.
3. Can you provide custom marine and RV accessories?
Yes. We offer custom manufacturing for marine accessories, RV accessories, and specialty vehicle parts. Our capabilities include 6-series aluminum alloy casting, anodizing, injection molding, punching, stretching, riveting, drilling, lathe work, terminal crimping, and robotic welding. We can support OEM and ODM projects based on drawings, samples, or specific performance requirements.
4. Which markets and customers do you serve?
Our products are mainly exported to Europe and the United States, and we have deep experience with Western quality and delivery standards. Our products are used by well-known yacht and RV brands such as Bennington, Barletta, Smokercraft, Yamaha, Explorer, Waldoch, and Sundowner. We also work with Triton Global Sources as a long-term strategic partner.
5. What certifications do your products have?
Our products are supported by CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications. For marine applications, we also focus on anti-corrosion performance, salt spray testing, and load testing procedures to meet the requirements of yacht and RV customers. If you need specific test reports or compliance documents, our team can provide them during the inquiry process.
